
HELLO, I'M LAURA
I've always been passionate about sports, movement, and helping people achieve their physical goals.
With a Sports Science degree and a PGCE in Physical Education, I spent years teaching PE and watching students discover what their bodies could achieve. But I wanted to do more than just teach – I wanted to help people recover, prevent injury, and maintain the active lifestyles they love.

MY JOURNEY TO SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPY
As a keen runner and fitness enthusiast, I experienced first-hand the difference that good sports massage can make. It's not just about treating pain when it appears – it's about maintaining your body, preventing problems before they start, and having someone in your corner who understands the demands of training and competition.

Two years ago, I qualified in Sports Massage Therapy (VTCT Level 3 & 4), and I haven't looked back. There's something incredibly rewarding about meeting people, hearing their stories, and helping them get back to doing what they love.

WHAT MAKES MUSCLE MOVEMENT DIFFERENT?
This is a home-based practice, which means you get a personal, private experience without the clinical feel of a busy clinic. I offer flexible appointment times to fit around your schedule – because I know that training, work, and life don't always stick to 9-5 hours.

And because I genuinely love what I do, you'll always find a warm welcome and honest advice about how massage therapy can help you.
